Great workout, I got my new DVD and Love it! I have done yoga before and this video is great for a beginner or someone who has done it before. I get a nice workout without having to take too much time. I am very glad I purchased it.

This dvd provides an excellent yoga workout that is both challenging, and calming. The exercises serve to tone your body, as well as really open you up with good stretching, releasing tension and toxins like yoga is supposed to do. I recommend this dvd to those who have practiced yoga before and are looking to build their skill and strength in their practice.

I'm a yoga beginner, and ordered this DVD because I wanted to get back into shape and try something new. I love that the DVD stresses to do what you can and just work your way up based on your ability. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to do most of the exercises, but they were most definitely challenging (in a good way!). I was sweating almost immediately, but it wasn't so intense that it made me want to give up. Bethenny makes this video entertaining and fun- I couldn't believe how quickly I made it through the entire workout, and I can't wait to do it again!

This is the exact type of yoga and workout video I've been looking for!! I love the fluidity of the yoga segment-never got bored of the poses or Bethanny's candid humor! I've been practicing yoga for quite some time, but love how the workout revolves around the fundamental poses and doesn't require m e to hold each pose for enless amounts of time! Very challenging-makes me feel like I'm working out the entire body. I've bought COUNTLESS yoga DVD's in the past and haven't stuck to any of them until I discovered this disc! I have been doing it everyday (seriously!) and love everything about it. I have yet to get bored!
The bonus sections on the DVD are also great-recipes, bonus moves, interviews...a great buy in my opinion! I wish she had more workout videos!

I was very surprised by how much I enjoy this dvd. Bethenny is funny and the workout is very good. Kristin is great, as always. You will definately sweat with this one!
